Where are you located?

We are located at 710 St. Anne Street in Rapid City, SD.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

We can often accommodate routine appointments within one to two weeks. We see urgent and emergency appointments on a same-day basis.

Do I need a referral?

This may depend on your insurance. Please verify with your individual insurance company before scheduling. We welcome self-referred patients as well as doctor referrals.

Will you accept my insurance?

We participate in Medicare and most Medicare Advantage Plans. We also are providers for many commercial insurance companies including Aetna, Avera, Cigna, Dakotacare, Humana, Medica, Medicaid (SD-NE-WY) Medicare, Railroad Medicare, Sanford, UMR, United Healthcare, VA, Wellmark BC/BS.  Please check with your plan.

We assist in submitting insurance claims to your insurance company. If you have questions about your plan/benefits, or to determine if we are a participating provider, please contact your insurance company directly.

How do I get a prescription refill?

To obtain a prescription refill, you or your pharmacy may call our clinic during normal business hours. Routine refill requests are not processed after hours or on weekends.
